How we work
Most freight problems are information problems. A consignment sits at a port not because nobody can move it, but because nobody downstream knows it has arrived, or which document is missing.
We built the operation around a single record per consignment that everyone works from — the customer, the depot, the broker and the driver all see the same history.

Frequently asked
How long does clearance usually take?
For a straightforward import with complete documentation, the CBP entry is normally filed the day the vessel or aircraft arrives and released within one to three business days. Incomplete paperwork is the usual cause of delay, so we check documents at booking rather than on arrival.
What does the tracking number cover?
One number per consignment, from booking to proof of delivery, regardless of how many modes or handovers are involved. It stays valid after delivery so the history remains available.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
By prior arrangement and subject to classification. Send the UN number and packing group with your enquiry and we will confirm whether we can carry it on the intended service.
What are your liability limits?
Our standard NVOCC terms apply, with liability limited by weight under the Carmack Amendment or the relevant international convention for the mode used. Cargo insurance is available separately and we recommend it for anything of significant value.
Will you ever ask for payment through the tracking page?
No. Charges are invoiced against a booking to the account holder. If you receive a message asking you to pay a fee to release a shipment, it did not come from us — call the number on your booking confirmation before acting on it.
